Weekly Recipe-Texas Sheet Cake

So I slacked last week and did not post a recipe. Here is one that I LOVE. My Grandma always made this for us when we came to visit. This recipe is so moist and delicious and great for big parties.
Texas Sheet Cake
2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Water
2 Cubes Margarine
4 Tbs. Cocoa
2 Slightly Beaten Eggs
1 C. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
Put Flour, sugar,and salt into a mixing bowl. Boil water, margarine, and cocoa. Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Put batter into sheet pan.
Bake 350F for 20 minutes. Frost immediately with the frosting below.
Frosting
1 Cube Butter
4 Tbs. Cocoa
6 Tbs. Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Add a box or more of powdered sugar. Add nuts is desired.
